Fe-B12 is a blend of iron, vitamin B12 & folate that ensures effective erythropoiesis. Iron is very important for maternal & child health for maintaining many body functions. Similar to iron, folate and vitamin B12 have crucial roles in erythropoiesis. Deficiency of iron, folate and vitamin B12 results into anemia from ineffective erythropoiesis leading towards symptoms like fatigue, weakness, pale skin, fast heartbeat or shortness of breath, headache, soreness of tongue, brittle nails and poor appetite in infants & children. Fe-B12 prevents anemia in pregnant women especially during the first trimester which can affect the growth of the fetus.
